Affiliate Offer Secrets provides affiliate marketplace research and AI-generated marketing content (ad copy, funnel pages, blog content, email content, images and video) for use by affiliate marketers, along with tools to edit, host and publish that content — including funnel and blog hosting on domains you connect, contact capture, and email broadcasts and sequences. Optional features allow you to connect your own social, advertising and email accounts to publish posts, send email, and launch advertising campaigns using those accounts.
You are solely responsible for every account you connect to the Service — affiliate networks, Meta/Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, your email provider, and any domain or ad account — including all activity and any charges incurred on them. The Service never holds or transmits your advertising budget: ad spend is billed directly by the ad platform to your connected payment method, and email is sent through and billed by your own provider.
Software access requires a one-time fee as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Ad-launch credits are purchased separately and are non-refundable once spent activating a campaign, except as required by applicable law. [Add your refund/cancellation policy specifics here.]
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing all generated ad copy, funnel pages, and other content for accuracy and for compliance with your affiliate network's terms, the ad platforms' advertising policies, and all applicable laws before publishing or running paid traffic to it. You are also the controller of any contact data your funnels capture, and are responsible for consent, deletion requests, and email marketing law (including CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR) in the jurisdictions where your audience lives.
You may not use the Service to generate or publish content that is fraudulent, infringing, or that violates your affiliate network's, Meta's, or any other third party's terms of service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any advertising spend, lost profits, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
